Marion's High School Robotics Team, the Eagle Engineers, attended their Robotic Competition this past weekend, where the students' skills were put to the test with onsite adjustments, wiring, and programming. Great job, Eagles!

With the short week, the St. Patrick’s Day Escape room was a few days late. The leprechauns were defeated by these teams using comprehension, vocabulary, plot sequence and puzzles skills.
Congrats to the 1st place team of Teagan B, Miles F, and Amara D. Second place went to Isabella GY, Hadley H, and Mickey R. The team of Trey E. And Jase Y. Was reduced by one so Ms Goldberg joined the photo shoot.
The luck of the Irish could hold up against solid ELA skills.

🛠️ Shop Class Spotlight! 🦅
Mr. Stange’s 8th-grade students have successfully completed their shop project: Eagle Bird Houses!
Students began by passing a shop safety test before preparing their materials. Guided by Mr. Stange, they learned to:
Measure and cut wood precisely
Plane boards for a smooth finish
Assemble their birdhouses using wood glue and the air stapler
Paint and personalize their finished projects
It was hands-on learning every step of the way, and the results are incredible! These students not only built a birdhouse—they built skills, confidence, and creativity.
👏 Great job, 8th graders!
