The US History class had the opportunity to spend an hour in our art room under the instruction of Mr. Pentces. Students learned a brief history lesson on the origins of the Ojos de Dios or "God Eye," a woven art piece from the Indigenous Peoples of Mexico. This art form traveled North and became popular with many of the Indigenous People groups of the American Southwest. Then students got to make their own!
